Social Media Marketing Manager (Part-Time)2530 Hours Per Week | Menomonee Falls, WI
Entry-Level (13 years experience)

Are you a creative storyteller who knows how to turn ideas into engaging content and measurable results? We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, generate leads, and showcase the work we do through compelling content and strategic digital marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both behind the camera and behind the analyticscreating content, managing social media channels, collaborating with marketing partners, and helping drive business growth.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Social Media
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Visit job sites, events, and the office to capture photos and videos.
  • Film and edit short-form and long-form video content.
  • Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Write captions, headlines, and calls-to-action that drive engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms.
  • Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our marketing agency on SEO, Google Ads, and other paid marketing initiatives.
  • Provide insights from content performance to help guide overall marketing strategy.
  • Ensure social content, paid campaigns, website messaging, and branding work together cohesively.
Analytics & Strategy
  • Monitor key performance metrics including leads, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular reports and recommendations for leadership.
  • Help identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business.
  • Experience creating video and photo content for social media.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social advertising.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with video editing software and content creation tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
