Part-Time Social Media Marketing Coordinator - Scottsdale - Hybrid Position
Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Hybrid (In-Office, with Some Remote Flexibility) Rate: $20.00/hour
The part-time Social Media Marketing Coordinator role supports organic demand-gen and marketing communications by developing and implementing outreach and promotional social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue. While this roleโ€™s primary focus is social media marketing, it will also include exposure to and collaboration with web development, marketing operations, paid advertising, product marketing, customer marketing, and/or content marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
  • Create posts and help maintain a monthly calendar to promote Company products, content, culture, and career openings on social media channels
  • Work with a Creative Designer to coordinate images for social media posts and campaigns
  • Schedule and deploy posts
  • Monitor engagement and comments on all channels to address questions or issues
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure questions are addressed/escalated appropriately
  • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
  • Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
  • Learn the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, and product goals
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms
  • Learn and become proficient in internal software systems (as needed)
  • Assist in creating performance reports
  • Support marketing team at live and online events
  • Monitor channels for opportunities to optimize engagement and increase followers
  • Implement tactics to increase followers on all platforms
  • Assist marketing team as needed in other capacities including operations, web dev, content, and advertising.
Social Media Intern Qualifications / Skills:
  • 2 years experience with social media marketing - or similar educational experience
  • Excels at online engagement
  • Experience working with a social media management system, to publish, manage posts, and measure results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience creating video content โ— Highly organized and process-oriented; consistent attention to detail
  • Professionalism
  • Customer focused โ— Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with video and YouTube a plus
Please note: This role will require some meetings between 8am โ€“ 10am, Arizona time, during the week.
