Power Retail Success as a Part-Time Meta Support Specialist!
The Meta L2 Support Center Specialist (MSCS) is the first point of contact for retail partners, providing expert support for Meta fixtures, displays, and equipment across contracted locations. This role owns the full issue lifecycle—troubleshooting, documenting cases, ordering parts, and ensuring timely resolution—while also supporting ActionLink project operations through instruction and survey prep, materials planning and tracking, project analysis, and quality control. This position reports to the Business Manager within Client Services.Schedule and Key Responsibilities:
  • Flexible part-time schedule, 20-24 hours per week; requires the ability to work an 8-hour workday between the hours of 9 AM and 12 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday
  • Serve as the primary support contact via phone, voicemail and email -delivering timely assistance to consumers and retail and client partners
  • Own issue resolution end-to-end: troubleshoot display/fixture problems, coordinate store visits, order materials, document cases, and confirm successful outcomes
  • Maintain accurate case documentation while tracking trends, reporting insights, and communicating updates to internal teams
  • Support retail projects through instruction and surveys, field readiness checks, and occasional in-store evaluations of Meta products and displays
  • Manage materials and quality control by monitoring inventory needs, reviewing reports, and assisting with QA of completed work
  • Act as an escalation expert for complex display issues while continuously building expertise in Meta products and systems
  • Achieve and continually maintain expertise in Meta display components and troubleshooting

Talent and Skills We Are Looking For:Required:
  • Electronics Merchandising Specialist experience or equivalent
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Demonstrated customer service aptitude with a focus on follow-up and achieving complete resolution
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex functional displays, determine root-cause problems, and provide solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven time management and organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness and ability to work in retail stores 10% of the time
Preferred Experience:
  • Direct retail
  • Natural Insight
  • Technical writing/communications background
  • Fluency in Spanish and or French
Work Experience and Physical Requirements:
  • Travel as needed by vehicle and/or plane
  • Use a computer, phone and other standard office equipment
  • Mobile and able to sit/stand for 8 (eight) hours
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Basic understanding and ability to use power and hand-held tools
