Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9am - 6pm (total 24 hours/week)
Location: On-Site in our Flushing Office

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Data Entry & Verification: Enter customer and account information accurately into the system and verify data by reviewing, correcting, or reconciling discrepancies to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Trade Promotion Support: Assist in trade promotion redemption by checking eligibility, validating claims against sales records, and highlighting any issues for follow-up.
  • Task Coordination: Carry out assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner, coordinating with team leads and other departments as needed.
  • Label Development: Support label creation and revisions by coordinating with internal teams, ensuring accuracy of information and timely delivery.
  • Process Compliance: Follow company policies and standard procedures, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required.   • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of office experience required.
  • The individual must be organized, detail oriented and thorough.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in English and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) including the ability to read Chinese

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The duties of this job regularly require the use of hands and fingers to handle or feel. The job requires the use of computer equipment and a vehicle. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities are required by this job including close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The position requires occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment includes an office setting; a warehouse setting; a vehicle and stores and other customer locations. The noise level in these various work environments is usually light to moderate.
