Position: Supply Chain Manager
Reports To: VP of Operations
JOB SUMMARY:
bematrix USA is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Supply Chain Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our U.S. supply chain operations. As the strategic bridge between Procurement, Inventory, Production, and our Global Headquarters in Belgium, this role is central to ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the entire manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will bring a balanced blend of strategic vision and operational rigor—someone capable of transforming data into decisions, complexity into clarity, and process into performance. This is a critical leadership role for a proven supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building scalable systems that support growth and innovation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the list below. Other duties may be assigned, as needed.
Strategic Supply Chain Leadership
  • Develop, lead, and execute a comprehensive U.S. supply chain strategy aligned with beMatrix’s global objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end supply chain performance across procurement, inventory, material flow, and logistics to ensure seamless product availability and delivery.
  • Partner with global procurement and operations teams in Belgium to synchronize sourcing strategies, vendor performance, and material planning.
  • Lead forecasting and demand planning efforts, ensuring supply aligns with production schedules and sales trends.
  • Create and maintain robust policies, standards, and metrics to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability throughout the supply chain.
Procurement amp; Vendor Management
  • Oversee all domestic procurement activities, balancing cost, quality, and delivery to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement in pricing, reliability, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with global procurement and R amp;D to identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers that meet beMatrix quality and sustainability standards.
  • Ensure all procurement activity supports the company’s financial and operational objectives, while maintaining compliance with global standards and ethics policies.
Inventory Control amp; Warehouse Optimization
  • Lead and develop an inventory management strategy that ensures accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Oversee warehouse operations including stock integrity, material flow, receiving, and fulfillment.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, stock turns, material availability, and fulfillment performance.
  • Ensure all ERP data is accurate and actionable , serving as a foundation for business intelligence, decision-making, and forecasting.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to minimize waste and maximize throughput and safety.
Systems, Analytics amp; Continuous Improvement
  • Maximize the functionality and impact of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to improve planning, procurement, and reporting accuracy.
  • Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, focusing on waste reduction, standardization, and measurable performance gains.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, forecast risks, and implement proactive solutions before they impact production or customer delivery.
  • Lead key performance reviews, data dashboards, and reporting cadence for executive leadership.
Leadership amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional supply chain team including procurement, inventory control, receiving, and material handling personnel.
  • Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability focused on results and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Production, Finance, and Global Operations to ensure supply chain decisions align with business goals and operational capacity.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive long-term supply chain performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading supply chain transformation initiatives, including ERP optimization, supplier development, and process standardization.
  • Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001 principles.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategic actions.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Occasional travel required, including to beMatrix Global Headquarters (Belgium) for training and strategic alignment.
