National Fire Suppression is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to its team to work 40 hours a week. The admin will report to the Design Manager and support the Design Department with multiple projects, reports, as well as with day-to-day activities. Also, will assist the sales staff as needed with tasks associated with procuring projects for the organization.

Job Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn AutoCAD related programs
- Possess sound communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to coordinate and work well with others
- Must be able to pass a post-offer drug test and background check
