Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development
Diptyque is a globally admired luxury fragrance house, renowned for its creativity, craftsmanship, and distinctive point of view across home and personal fragrance. As we continue to grow in the Americas, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development to help shape the future of our teams and cultivate exceptional talent across both retail and corporate environments
This role sits at the intersection of people, strategy, and culture. You will own end-to-end recruitment while also designing and delivering meaningful learning and development experiences that support performance, succession, and long-term growth. You will be a trusted partner to leaders, a thoughtful steward of the employee experience, and a champion for Diptyque's employer brand.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate and retail teams, from sourcing and screening through offer extension and onboarding
  • Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with passive and active candidates to build a robust, diverse talent pipeline
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies aligned to business needs
  • Develop creative and data-driven approaches to attract high-caliber talent, including hard-to-fill and future-critical roles
  • Serve as a key stakeholder partner, providing clear communication, regular updates, and thoughtful guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and recruiting metrics to continuously refine strategy and improve outcomes
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and support budgeting for open roles
  • Leverage assessments, tools, and technology to enhance candidate experience and streamline processes
  • Strengthen Diptyque's employer brand through job fairs, referral programs, agency partnerships, and external recruiting initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment, quality, and results
  • Prepare and extend offers, and design tailored onboarding plans that set new hires up for success

Learning & Development:
โ€ข Design, build, and implement training and development programs aligned with organizational goals and values
โ€ข Own and manage the organization-wide learning and development budget
  • Develop and continuously evolve new-hire and new-manager onboarding experiences
  • Partner with HR, leadership, and external providers to deliver impactful development solutions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback, outcomes, and business priorities
  • Leverage succession planning and internal talent data to support internal mobility, readiness, and risk mitigation
  • Build tools and frameworks to identify skill gaps, develop future leaders, and strengthen bench strength
  • Establish processes and metrics to track talent development, succession progress, and key talent pipelines
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, offering insight and guidance to support long-term talent sustainability

Requirements and Qualifications:
โ€ข 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years operating independently in full-cycle recruitment
โ€ข Strong command of recruiting best practices, employer branding, and applicable employment laws
โ€ข 2+ years of experience in Employee Development is a strong plus
โ€ข Experience using a variety of interview techniques, assessments, and sourcing channels
โ€ข Hands-on familiarity with social media and digital recruiting tools
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • A strategic, analytical mindset paired with creativity and sound judgment
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity and resilience in a fast-moving environment
  • Curiosity, optimism, empathy, and a genuine passion for people development
  • A customer-service orientation and collaborative, relationship-driven approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary $110,000 to $115,000
