Forward Bank in Marshfield has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialistto join our team of HR professionals. This position is instrumental in shaping how Forward attracts, hires and retains top talent by leading full-cycle recruitment, building diverse talent pipelines, serving as a key ambassador of the Forward brand, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from requisition through onboarding, maintaining proactive communication and accountability through the process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine talent needs, define success profiles, and create interview and selection strategies.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for all positions, leveraging job boards, social media, talent communities, professional and educational networks, and other recruiting channels.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs, through recruiting and networking channels. Lead Forward's internship program by partnering with colleges and internal leaders to promote opportunities and attract emerging talent to fuel a strong talent pipeline.
  • Strengthen Forward's employer brand and create exceptional candidate experiences, providing candidates with a positive, responsive, and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR and Organizational Development team members to deliver a welcoming onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations while maintaining accurate recordkeeping within Applicant Tracking System.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Three or more years of talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated success moving beyond requisition fulfillment to proactive sourcing and talent partnership.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
