Join a 280-bed acute care hospital with a 124-bed Behavioral Health unit, serving the community for over 45 years. As the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO), you will work alongside the CNO to drive clinical excellence, operational performance, and strategic growth across behavioral health services.

Role Summary

The ACNO is a key executive leader responsible for supporting nursing operations, advancing patient-centered care, and developing leadership capabilities. This role oversees multiple patient care areas, leads strategic initiatives, and builds a strong culture of quality, safety, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Operations

  • Support development of nursing policies aligned with regulatory standards
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Conduct leadership rounds with patients, staff, and physicians
