Position Summary:
Shares responsibility for the overall quality of the nursing care delivered in the facility through planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of delivery systems. Assists in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In addition, this individual is also responsible for assisting with nursing staff in education and training and collaborating and supporting the treatment team. Knowledge of the Joint Commissions , CMS, and Indiana State regulatory guidelines. Acts as the nursing administration representative at meetings and task forces as assigned. Serves as CNO in his/her absence.
Hours are based on departmental, and facility needs and may include day, evening, and weekend hours, as directed by the CNO or CEO/Managing Director.
