Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is looking for an Accounts Receivable intern for immediate hire at our Exeter, Pennsylvania location. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of responsibilities within the Finance Department including but not limited to the list below. This is a paid internship; compensation to be discussed upon hire.

Minimum Weekly Requirement:

This will be a part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week during the semester. Given student class schedules and other commitments, we can be flexible in work hours and scheduling.

Internship Duration:

This internship has a minimum expected duration of one semester; however, can be extended to include additional semesters and/or Summer/Winter breaks if agreed upon by both parties.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Help with accounts receivable statement reconciliation
  • Assist in mailing invoice copies
  • Mail monthly print statements
  • Matching return credits to deductions
  • Reconcile customer return deductions to credit processed
  • Cash application preparation
  • Retrieving invoice and credit copies
  • Maintain spreadsheets of account reconciliations

Key Requirements:

Applicants should be a Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting major with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional skills in organization, the ability to multi-task, and must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
