Job description

Essential duties (indicate % of activity time, e.g. temp assignments 50% wordprocessing, 50% scheduling calendars; intern/work study 80% assisting with press releases, 20% engineering studies, etc.):
Enter invoices in Enterprise 1 for Accounts Payable processing; maintain Access database for reporting of expenditures; Purchase Order and contract maintenance.
Minimum requirements (include education, experience and/equivalency):
Desired qualifications: Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Access
High school diploma or GED; three year's experience with Accounts payable or accounting functions; experience with data entry and database reporting
Must be Covid-19 vaccinated and be able to show proof.
Duration: up to 3 to 4 months
Location: Downtown Seattle
Pay: $24.12 per hour
