Position: Account Associate

Reports To: Director of Sales Operations

Division: Sales


Position Overview

The Account Associate serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of managed services Customers. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring service expectations are met, and proactively engaging Customers to maximize the value of our services. The Account Associate works closely with internal teams to coordinate customer needs, prepare quotes, manage service requests, and identify opportunities for account growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for being the customers’ main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Act as liaison between the customer and various internal departments ensuring customer is connected to the appropriate resources.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with Customers through regular communication and proactive outreach.
  • Responsible for Contract renewals and negotiations
  • Leverage Omega technical teams as needed to discuss solution offerings with customers.
  • Prepare and present quotes for managed services, hardware, software, licensing, and professional services.
  • Monitor customer health and identity potential risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns by coordinating internal resources.
  • Responsible for opportunity management by accurately maintaining opportunities, utilizing sales activities to track and follow up until closed.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, increase adoption, and generate additional revenue within existing accounts


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, inside sales, or client services.
  • Managed Services Provider experience a plus
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and/or ConnectWise a plus.
