Accountant/Executive Assistant
Seattle/South Lake Union

We are seeking an experienced an Accountant/Executive Assistant to manage the accounting and financial operations of multiple entities. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and broad responsibility across financial management, reporting, and compliance, while providing executive support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities.
  • Oversee accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow reports and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Track investments, capital accounts, distributions, K-1s, and 1099s.
  • Prepare year-end financial statements and coordinate with external CPAs on tax reporting.
  • Manage banking relationships, financial reporting, and entity compliance filings.
  • Executive Assistant functions including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination with advisors as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial and personal matters.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a full-charge accounting role.
  • Experience managing accounting for multiple entities.
  • Experience supporting a principal or administrative support experience including scheduling, correspondence and overall support.
  • Advanced QuickBooks and strong Excel skills.
  • Experience working with CPA firms, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
