This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys owning the close process, leading audit activities, improving processes, and making an immediate impact within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager Role:

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP.
  • Coordinate external audits, support regulatory reporting requirements, and assist with tax compliance activities.
  • Strengthen internal controls, document accounting procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Partner with finance leadership on special projects, forecasting support, reporting enhancements, and operational transition initiatives.
