Job description

We're looking for a part-time Accounting & Admin Coordinator to join us in a hands-on, detail-driven role. This starts at 15–25 hours per week with real potential to grow into a full-time position as the company scales.
This is not a background role. Accuracy is everything here. Our books are a direct input to how we make decisions. If you're someone who takes pride in clean, error-free work and doesn't let things fall through the cracks, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Accounting & Finance
• Close the books monthly and deliver financials by the 10th
• Manage invoicing and track incoming payments
• Run payroll, including commission reporting and employee sign-off
• Handle basic collections outreach for past-due invoices. Professional, persistent, and escalating appropriately
Admin & HR
• Onboard and offboard employees
• Send and organize MSAs and other key documents
• Support compliance and licensing tracking
• Light operations support as needed
What We're Looking For
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable picking up the phone and following up professionally
• Able to work independently and manage a recurring monthly cadence without being micromanaged
• QuickBooks Online experience is a strong plus
• Adaptable! As we grow, this role will grow too
Logistics
• Part-time: 15–25 hours/week to start
• Hybrid, primarily in-office with some flexibility
• Compensation: $25,000–$30,000/year (part-time)
If you're someone who finds satisfaction in a clean set of books, knows how to prioritize, and wants to grow with a company that moves fast and rewards ownership, we'd love to hear from you.

Company Description

We're a performance marketing company that buys and runs our own media to generate inbound insurance calls — then sells those calls to carriers and agencies. We're a lean, fast-moving team of 12 doing roughly $20M in revenue. No bureaucracy, no hand-holding. Everyone here owns their lane.
