Maintain organized accounting records, files, documentation, and support for internal reviews and external audits.

Help improve accounting processes, workflows, documentation, and controls to support efficiency and scalability.

Collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Operations, Program Management, and Executive Leadership to support accurate and timely financial information.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned accounting responsibilities.

Eligible to work in the United States and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting accounting operations for cost-reimbursable, fixed-price, T&M, IDIQ, or multi-award contract vehicles.
