Job Description Senior Account Manager Location: New York, NY (Onsite) Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives Industry: Martech Employment Type: Full-time About the Company Our client is a fast-growing martech company delivering a powerful platform that helps enterprise marketing teams drive better customer engagement and measurable ROI. Their solution is trusted by leading brands, and as their customer base continues to grow, they are expanding their account management team in New York. This is an opportunity to join a customer-centric organization focused on long-term partnerships and expansion revenue.
The Role Our client is hiring an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction, working closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to maximize account value. This is a fully onsite role in New York.
Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing martech customers Own day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders across accounts Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within assigned accounts Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales as needed Act as the primary point of contact for commercial discussions Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term adoption Coordinate with customer success, product, and support teams Lead quarterly business reviews and performance discussions Track account health, renewals, and forecasts in CRM Represent the voice of the customer internally Requirements 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within B2B SaaS Experience managing and expanding commercial or enterprise accounts Strong relationship management and communication skills Comfort navigating multiple stakeholders within customer organizations Experience with renewals, expansions, and account planning Martech or digital marketing experience preferred Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Thrives in an in-office, team-oriented environment Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives Uncapped or clearly defined variable compensation Equity or equity upside based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Career growth into senior account management or leadership roles Fully onsite role in New York Why This Opportunity Our client offers the opportunity to manage and grow high-value customer relationships at a martech company with strong product-market fit.
