Client Manager, P&C - Job Description
Position Summary
Responsible for managing and servicing a book of Property & Casualty business by acting as the primary client contact, delivering tailored risk management and insurance solutions, and coordinating internal resources to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring leadership in client service delivery, risk assessment, and relationship management while supporting organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership & Ownership
• Serve as the primary client contact for an assigned book of business.
• Lead client strategy including coverage design, risk assessment, and service delivery.
• Provide direction to client service team members and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Act as subject matter expert in Property & Casualty insurance solutions.
Hands-On Execution & Delivery
• Design, market, and implement insurance programs based on client risk profiles.
• Review contracts, exposures, and coverage requirements.
• Compile underwriting data and engage carriers for optimal program placement.
• Execute daily service tasks including endorsements, certificates, and client requests.
Reporting, Quality & Operational Support
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all client deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive client records and documentation.
• Monitor servicing workflows and resolve issues proactively.
• Support billing coordination and policy lifecycle management.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Integration
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Executives, and Practice Leaders to drive growth and retention.
