Job description

Understory is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our Madison, WI team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Sales and Underwriting teams as we rapidly attain new accounts, strengthen senior-level relationships, and drive revenue through renewals.
As an Account Manager at Understory, you'll be critical in supporting the company's efforts to expand our relationships with distinguished clientele. Your role will go beyond traditional client service functions because customer success at Understory is about being the voice of our clients and brokerage partners within our organization.

Your main role responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our regular client and broker partner review meetings by sourcing, analyzing, calculating, collating, and updating performance metrics
Compensation includes:
  • Base salary and annual bonus commensurate with experience
  • Full-time benefits include:
