Role Overview
We are seeking a client-facing Account Manager to drive growth across our Retail & CPG portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of sales, client engagement, and delivery, with a strong focus on expanding existing accounts, shaping opportunities, and building high-performing delivery teams.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of industry expertise, consultative selling, and technology understanding, with the ability to operate effectively with both client stakeholders and internal engineering/delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders across Retail & CPG accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client priorities and aligning solutions to business goals
• Identify, qualify, and drive new opportunities within existing accounts
• Own pipeline creation and support revenue growth across the account
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to shape solutions and proposals
• Translate client needs into scalable, technology-driven offerings
• Work closely with delivery teams to staff, structure, and scale project teams
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and execution
• Partner with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to drive end-to-end account success
• Facilitate clear communication across business and technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
• 10-15 years of experience in account management, sales, or client engagement roles
• Experience operating at Senior Manager to Director level
• Minimum 5+ years in Retail and/or CPG industry
• Strong understanding of technology-driven solutions (digital, data, commerce, integrations, etc.)
• Proven ability to work with delivery and engineering teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S.
