Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our US team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client management, and business development within the construction sector. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Business Development and Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored solutions for clients.

3. Project Oversight and Coordination

4. Contract Management and Negotiation

5. Reporting and Performance Monitoring

Required Skills and Qualifications:
