???? Position: Account Manager

Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexibility Required)
Pay: $63,000 annually

???? Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned accounts and ensure service standards are met

  • Hire, train, coach, and manage security staff; take corrective action when necessary

  • Act as primary liaison between clients and the company building trust and strong partnerships with clients

  • Coordinate schedules, approve payroll/time-off requests, and verify invoicing accuracy

  • Monitor and support after-hours emergencies as needed

  • Conduct periodic post checks and provide in-field coverage during staff shortages or urgent gaps

  • Contribute to service delivery improvements and staff development efforts

  • Establish post orders and site-specific protocols for each property in your portfolio


✅ Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in contract security (Required)

  • Prior supervisory experience in a security or field ops setting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Solid understanding of team scheduling, coverage, and labor management

  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends/evenings based on client needs

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
