Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and GenAI-driven programs across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong global delivery leadership, large-scale program management, and hands-on exposure to AI/ML/GenAI initiatives.
This role requires a blend of technical depth, stakeholder management, and execution excellence, with a focus on scaling AI solutions from POC to production.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
AI Program Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and GenAI programs, from ideation and POC to production deployment
  • Manage multiple AI initiatives including:
    • LLM applications (RAG, agents, copilots)
    • Data science and ML model deployment
    • AI-driven automation and transformation programs
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency across engagements

Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients across data-intensive domains
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Product Heads) to define AI strategy and roadmap
  • Drive account growth and expansion opportunities

Delivery & Program Management
  • Manage large-scale, multi-million dollar portfolios/programs
  • Lead distributed/global teams across engineering, data science, and product
  • Establish delivery governance, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices

AI & Technology Leadership
  • Work closely with AI/ML teams on:
    • Model development lifecycle
    • MLOps and deployment strategies
    • Data pipelines and cloud infrastructure
  • Drive adoption of:
    • GenAI tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, etc.)
    • Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Transformation & Innovation
  • Lead AI-led digital transformation initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to:

Required Qualifications
