Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven On-Site Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery at client locations. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring successful execution of IT projects, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and aligning delivery outcomes with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the client and offshore/nearshore teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and issues.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
2. Delivery Management
• Oversee end-to-end project execution including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage delivery KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, support).
• Facilitate communication between on-site and offshore teams.
• Mentor team members and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
4. Governance & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes and industry best practices.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting frameworks.
5. Financial & Commercial Oversight
• Track project budgets, revenue, and margins.
• Support billing, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 815 years of experience in IT services, with at least 35 years in a delivery management role.
• Proven experience managing client-facing IT projects on-site.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience managing global delivery models (OnsiteOffshore).
• O&G Domain expertise will have added advantage
