Job Description Overview SOS International LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team and support our government customer in Huntsville, Alabama. This position will provide robust support to the development, refinement, and integration of technology advancement in the area of and around AI and Machine Learning. Essential Job Duties * Defines and establishes knowledge management tasks.
  • Documents key meetings for personnel.
  • Documents and develops presentations for related processes.
  • Compiles reports on team and system performance and utilization.
  • Organizes data and establishes file structures for information accessibility and dissemination.
  • Develops and prepares both administrative and technical presentations and reports.
  • Serves as an on-site liaison between the team, program manager and government staff.
  • Maintains and updates program & SOSi related documentation.
  • Provides personnel administrative support to the contractor personnel.
  • Maintains individual and team calendars and conference room schedules.
Maintains employee rosters, organizational charts, and training records. Qualifications Minimum Requirements 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Active in scope DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications * Currently possess a CI Poly or an ability to obtain one.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar related degree.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer interface skills. Additional Information Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
