We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.

Job Description

Teledyne Technologies is a global leader in advanced technology solutions, serving aerospace, defense, industrial, and scientific markets. With over 70 autonomous businesses worldwide, each with unique priorities and customers, success depends on collaboration across teams and functions. AI adoption is not a one-size-fits-all effort-it requires adaptability, influence, and the ability to connect and co-create with leaders who have different goals and challenges.

As part of Teledyne's AI Transformation Office, you will join a team of AI Adoption Leads, each specializing in a specific area of AI. Together, you will act as internal consultants, helping business units understand AI's potential and implement solutions that deliver real impact. This is a role for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with strong interpersonal and selling skills-you'll need to build trust, inspire change, and make AI happen in the business, not just track metrics.

The AI Program Manager role focuses on selecting, implementing, and integrating AI content tools like Canva, Adobe Firefly, and HeyGen to increase output and quality while reducing costs. Responsibilities include linking these tools with CRM and analytics, building prompt libraries and templates, and tracking metrics such as production volume, turnaround time, cost savings, and engagement. The individual evaluates generative AI solutions, creates governance guidelines, trains marketers and sales staff, and shares results through workshops and guides. Collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Legal, and IT ensures seamless adoption and compliance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Build brandsafe template libraries (voice/tone, typography, multilingual variants).

Stand up prompt packs for campaign ideation, product collateral, and social posts.

Integrate content workflows with CRM (Dynamics/Salesforce) and marketing analytics.

Publish editorial QA checklists (claims, compliance, IP/stock usage, accessibility).

Coordinate enablement sessions, webinars, newsletters; curate examples and howtos.

Align campaigns to product/sales playbooks and executive priorities.

Collaborate with Sales Ops to automate followup sequences and proposal snippets.

Manage asset lifecycle (versioning, retire/archive policies) across hubs (SharePoint/Teams).

Ensure licensing/IP compliance for generated assets (image/video/audio/fonts).

Partner with Legal/Compliance on claims substantiation and permissions.

Build dashboards for leadership-adoption, cost, quality KPIs.

Facilitate community of practice for content creators; highlight wins and reusable patterns.

Define access roles and guardrails for AI tools (who can publish vs. draft).

Establish incident procedures (brand violations, takedown, retraining prompts).

Document playbooks for product launches, trade shows, and evergreen campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

Handson with Adobe/Canva/Firefly/HeyGen and related creative AI tools.

Experience integrating content pipelines with CRM and analytics platforms.

Ability to design brandsafe templates and editorial QA processes.

Demonstrated costavoidance program leadership Skills in prompt engineering for creative and marketing outcomes.

Understanding of licensing/IP for generated media; risk mitigation.

Experience managing asset lifecycle in enterprise repositories.

Collaboration mindset, partnering with Legal, Brand, Sales Ops, and Product Marketing.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or technical field Curiosity and pragmatism; ability to standardize and scale repeatable content patterns.

Experience in community enablement and rolebased learning paths for creators.

Strong written storytelling and editorial judgment; brand stewardship. Comfort operating across multiBU environments with federated brand standards.
