Job description

We are seeking: A detail-oriented HR/Admin Assistant to support our people operations and work together with our HR team in Maryland. This position offers a comprehensive experience across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through development.
The role is based in our Westminster, CO office and reports directly to VP of HR in Maryland Office.
** This is an In-office/Onsite position**
Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding employees: pre-onboarding, orientation, scheduling training, scheduling check-ins, assigning surveys, etc.
  • Assist with monitoring and supporting existing Company Policies and Compliance.
  • Recruiting - working with Recruiting team to post positions, source candidates, evaluate and process applicants, present internally, follow-up with candidates and managers, schedule interviews, assign assessments, check references.
  • Assist with Employee Engagement and Employee Development administration
  • Assist with Benefits Administration
  • Assist with Travel booking and updating employee records.
  • Assist with creating reports within HR/Admin team
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and communication skills
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information and manage information with utmost integrity
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience with recruiting and using ATS
  • Experience with HRIS system
  • Experience with benefits administration
  • Experience with Onboarding new employees
  • Knowledge in federal and state employment laws, regulations and compliance (labor laws, FMLA/FAMLI, Paid Leave, ACA, Title VII, unemployment, etc.) a plus

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
The base pay range provided serves as a general guideline. The final annual salary offered to the selected candidate will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, the scope and responsibilities of the role
