Job description

Summary: Directly supports the store manager, making sure the store runs efficiently and follows all laws and policies. While also helping to maximize sales and maintain asset control.
3rd Shift Hours: 10:00pm-6:00am or 11:00pm-7:00am
NOTE: Hours worked during third shift may qualify for additional pay (Shift differential)
Responsibilities:
⦁ Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
⦁ Acknowledge/Greet all customers that come into the store.
⦁ Ensure that all company policies are being followed.
⦁ Promote and maintains a clean and organized store appearance inside and out.
⦁ Efficiently process both cash and card transactions with integrity.
⦁ Ensure all merchandising and marketing programs are implemented properly. Including maintaining plan-o-gram integrity and appropriate sign placement.
⦁ Ensure foodservice products are fresh and appealing by rotating products appropriately and removing out-of-date products.
⦁ Monitor store activities to ensure that transactions are taking place in the proper manner
⦁ Respond quickly to all emergencies for the safety and security of customers and employees and notifying the appropriate individuals.
Requirements:
• Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required
⦁ Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
⦁ Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds.
⦁ Able to stand for an entire shift.
⦁ Ability to periodically handle routine physical task such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling.
⦁ Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time. e.g., in the store, outside, and in the cooler.
⦁ Available to work carious shifts and days of the week as required by the retail environment, including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays.
