  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all shift-related issues

  • Monitor staffing and adjust as needed to maintain efficiency
  • Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams
Support & Develop Supervisors
  • Coach and guide supervisors on performance, accountability, and team management
  • Reinforce expectations around attendance, conduct, and productivity
  • Help build a strong, consistent leadership culture across the shift

Own the Shift Execution
  • Complete shift reporting and communicate key updates to leadership
  • Identify issues quickly and take action to resolve or escalate
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready production floor
What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing (food production preferred)
  • Experience supervising teams or leading a department/shift
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, or quality standards
  • Ability to lead by example and hold teams accountable
  • Comfortable being hands-on and present on the production floor

Preferred:
  • Experience in food manufacturing or high-speed production environments
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Why Join Us
