Regal Staffing is currently hiring Craters (1st and 2nd Shift) and Metal Fabricators (2nd Shift) for a growing sign industry company in Cedar Hill, TX. We are seeking reliable, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our team in a fast-paced production environment.

Craters
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Pay: $18/hour
  • 2nd Shift:
    • Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
    • Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
    • Pay: $19/hour
Metal Fabricators (2nd Shift)
  • Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Pay: $20/hour
Note: All 2nd shift employees will train on 1st shift until fully qualified.
Key Responsibilities:
Craters:
  • Perform crating and packaging of finished products
  • Read and interpret tape measurements accurately
  • Operate tools such as nail guns, chop saws, and table saws
  • Utilize basic carpentry and woodworking skills
Preferred Experience:
  • Cabinetry or woodworking background
  • Previous experience in the sign industry
Metal Fabricators / Welders:
  • Perform aluminum welding and fabrication tasks
  • Set up and operate welding equipment (Millermatic 355)
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned projects efficiently
Experience Requirements:
  • 1–5 years welding experience (shop environment): $20/hour
  • 5+ years welding experience preferred
  • Sign industry experience is a plus
Interview Requirement:
  • Candidates must complete an aluminum welding test
Bring personal welding gear: helmet, gloves, and steel-toe boots
General Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision (especially for 2nd shift roles)
