Wallick is hiring a Lifecycle Scheduling Manager to lead the company's Enterprise Scheduling Program and standardized Project Lifecycle across the development, construction, and operations portfolio.
This role serves as Wallick's enterprise scheduling authority and corporate Microsoft Project administrator. You will build and maintain integrated schedules that connect every phase of a development, from site identification through due diligence, financing, design, permitting, construction, occupancy, stabilization, warranty completion, and final closeout.
Success in this role requires strong scheduling expertise, critical path management skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence teams across the organization through accurate forecasting, actionable reporting, and reliable project data.

What You Will Own
Own Enterprise Scheduling Program
  • Serve as Wallick's enterprise scheduling authority and corporate Microsoft Project administrator.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise scheduling standards, governance procedures, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Create and maintain schedule templates, work breakdown structures (WBS), coding standards, project naming conventions, baseline records, revision histories, and schedule documentation.
  • Establish consistent scheduling practices across all projects and departments.
  • Support future implementation of Project Online, Project for the Web, Power BI integration, enterprise dashboards, and schedule data governance initiatives.

Manage Portfolio Schedules and Forecasts
  • Create, maintain, and update enterprise master schedules and project-specific schedules across active developments.
  • Integrate Development, Finance, Design, Preconstruction, Construction, Operations, Compliance, Property Management, and Asset Management milestones into a single lifecycle schedule.
  • Forecast:
    • Project completion dates
    • Occupancy and lease-up milestones
    • Cost certification timing
    • 8609 issuance
    • Operational readiness
    • Stabilization milestones
    • Warranty completion
    • Project closeout
  • Monitor milestone performance, float consumption, critical path movement, long-lead procurement activities, municipal approvals, inspections, turnover planning, and resource constraints.
  • Partner with Project Managers and Construction Managers to validate updates, identify risks, and improve forecast reliability.

Drive Executive Reporting and Analytics
  • Prepare recurring reports on portfolio schedule health and milestone achievement.
  • Track schedule variance, float analysis, forecast accuracy, critical path performance, recovery opportunities, resource forecasting, occupancy forecasting, and operational readiness.
  • Develop executive dashboards that provide visibility into project performance and portfolio risks.
  • Present schedule analysis and recommendations during leadership meetings, investment planning discussions, project reviews, staffing conversations, and operational planning sessions.
  • Continuously improve the quality and reliability of schedule reporting.

Coordinate Cross-Functional Project Lifecycles
  • Collect and coordinate schedule inputs from Development, Preconstruction, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Operations, Marketing, Property Management, Compliance, and Asset Management.
  • Facilitate milestone reviews and lifecycle planning discussions.
  • Clarify milestone ownership and document project constraints.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned on upcoming decisions, approvals, critical handoffs, and project commitments.
  • Influence teams through visibility, structure, accountability, and accurate schedule data rather than direct authority.

Lead Recovery Planning and Continuous Improvement
  • Develop recovery schedules and schedule mitigation plans for projects experiencing delays.
  • Perform schedule impact reviews and delay analysis.
  • Identify schedule risks early and recommend corrective actions.
  • Track recovery plan effectiveness and implementation progress.
  • Standardize scheduling processes and strengthen enterprise schedule governance.
  • Improve dashboard reporting, forecasting methodology, and schedule quality standards.
  • Support Construction Operations Modernization initiatives through scalable scheduling systems that improve accountability and project predictability.

Manage the Enterprise Project Lifecycle
  • Govern Wallick's standardized lifecycle from site identification through due diligence, financing, approvals, design, permitting, construction, occupancy, cost certification, 8609 issuance, warranty, stabilization, and closeout.
  • Establish scheduling policies, updating standards, version control procedures, schedule audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain enterprise master schedules, executive milestone schedules, critical path schedules, portfolio forecasts, and recovery schedules.
  • Serve as the organization's central source of truth for scheduling and project milestone forecasting.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in scheduling, project controls, construction management, project management, development coordination, or related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • Demonstrated expertise developing and managing Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
  • Experience with resource-loaded scheduling and portfolio-level planning.
  • Strong understanding of multifamily development and construction processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of project data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Commitment to schedule integrity, consistency, and forecasting reliability.
