Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales & Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition and expand existing accounts. This role is responsible for opening doors, building partnerships with hiring managers, and driving revenue growth within mid-market and enterprise organizations.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you can help shape a growing division and build long-term client relationships at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within professional and executive staffing
  • Conduct high-volume outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person meetings
  • Build relationships directly with hiring managers, executives, and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies

Client Management & Intake

  • Lead discovery and intake calls to fully understand hiring needs, timelines, and company culture
  • Gather key details, including compensation, team structure, and "sizzle" factors, to attract top talent

Collaboration with Recruiting Team

  • Partner closely with Professional Division recruiters to align on search strategy
  • Maintain consistent communication on candidate pipelines and client expectations
  • Ensure a seamless handoff from business development to recruiting execution

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

  • Drive direct hire and professional placement revenue across multiple industries
  • Expand services within existing accounts through cross-selling and relationship building
  • Track activity, pipeline, and revenue metrics to meet and exceed performance goals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales (professional staffing preferred)
  • Proven track record of new business development and revenue generation
