What You’ll Do

Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately

Work in compliance with GMP and company standards

Quality Assurance

Perform product checks in accordance with SOPs

Measure counts, weights, and dimensions to ensure product meets specifications

Inspect seals, packaging, and print quality for accuracy and defects

Production Support

Pack and stack product accurately according to specifications

Monitor production lines to maintain quality and efficiency

Calculate production rates (bags per minute)

Verify labeling, coding, and product information accuracy

Equipment Operation

Assist with machine setup and changeovers

Perform roll changes and basic machine adjustments

Identify issues, safely stop equipment if needed, and escalate concerns

Perform minor preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
