Walker Overview:

Walker is a full-service Experience Management (XM) firm—tech-driven, people-powered and built for change. We’re all-around XM experts: a blend of technical and organizational specialists who help businesses thrive.

We help leading brands turn data into direction, align teams around what matters most and make change make sense. From customer loyalty to employee engagement to patient satisfaction, we’re experts at helping organizations act on experience.

Headquartered in Indianapolis, we offer on‑site, hybrid and remote opportunities across the continental U.S., in any state where we operate. Walker is intentional about building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and free to be their authentic selves. Because great experiences start from the inside out.

Summary

Walker is looking for a Senior Vice President, Revenue to help scale our organization to the next phase of growth.

Reporting to the President, this is a growth-first executive role for someone who loves building markets, winning strategic clients, expanding partnerships, and scaling high-performing teams. You'll lead a vertical business with full ownership of top-line growth, market strategy, client expansion, and business performance and set the course for achieving major growth over the next 2-3 years.

We're looking for someone with "builder energy"—someone who gets energized by creating momentum, opening doors, growing accounts, spotting whitespace opportunities, and rallying teams around ambitious goals.

What's Required of You GROWTH & EXPANSION
  • Own and exceed annual revenue, growth, and profitability targets for your business
  • Drive strategic account expansion across a portfolio of enterprise and Fortune 500 clients
  • Act as executive sponsor on key pursuits and develop strong C-level relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Build and execute growth strategies that expand Walker’s footprint—identify emerging market opportunities, service innovations, and strategic partnerships that accelerate growth
  • Partner closely with Marketing to sharpen positioning, increase pipeline generation, and elevate Walker’s market presence
  • Build a high-performance commercial culture focused on accountability, growth, and client impact
DELIVERY EXCELLENCE
  • Drive delivery and consulting leaders to maintain high client satisfaction, strong margins, and scalable execution
  • Lead the business with strong financial rigor across forecasting, profitability, resource planning, and investment decisions
  • Bring an owner's mentality — growth strategist, trusted executive advisor, business operator — lead like the business belongs to you, inspiring confidence from Day 1
TALENT LEADERSHIP
  • Inspire, coach, and scale a high-performing team of leaders, consultants, and growth-minded operators
  • Build a high-performance culture of growth, curiosity, accountability, and client obsession, where ambitious people can grow fast and do career-defining work
Your Experience
  • Executive-level ownership in scaling mid-sized services, consulting, or technology businesses to $40‑50M+ through strategic account expansion and market growth
  • Led and scaled a high-performing revenue organization — across multiple direct & indirect reports — delivering consistent growth, strong client retention, and a high-performance team culture
  • Experience as a quota-carrying account owner exceeding sales targets across multiple years; sales through expansion of existing client accounts and within the Snowflake or Databricks ecosystem
  • Launched new offerings or GTM strategies that created significant new revenue streams
  • Demonstrated success in a technology partner services ecosystem
  • Leads with business acumen, commercial instincts, operational discipline, and ownership mentality — as a trusted partner to executive leadership, not a solo operator

Walker is an equal‑opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
