Compensation Analyst
  • Support the design, analysis, and administration of base pay, incentive programs, and salary structures.
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and internal equity analyses to inform compensation decisions.
  • Assist with annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus administration, and promotional adjustments.
  • Prepare compensation reports, recommendations, and dashboards for HR leadership, business partners, and executive stakeholders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

HR Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze workforce data across HR functions (compensation, turnover, recruiting, engagement, etc.) to identify trends and insights.
  • Support ad hoc data requests with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation and procedures are current and aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on benefits-related reporting and issues.
  • Contribute to HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze participation, utilization, and cost trends to support benefits strategy.
  • Provide analytical support for recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, and offer competitiveness.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Competencies required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintains an exceptionally high level of accuracy.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to establish credibility and collaboratively work with and among leadership, managers, and associates.

Physical Requirements
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant verbal and written communication with stakeholders to discuss and convey information in order to exchange accurate information.
Scheduled onsite hours required.
