Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pest Control Sales Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. As a 1099 commission-only contractor, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our pest control services to residential and commercial clients, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

    1.    Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals.
    2.    Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations, damage, and conducive conditions.
    3.    Educate potential clients about our pest control services, products, and treatment plans.
    4.    Develop customized pest control solutions tailored to the specific needs and concerns of each client.
    5.    Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
    6.    Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
    7.    Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
    8.    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
    9.    Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    10.    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

    1.    Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the pest control industry or a related field.
    2.    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    3.    Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and goals independently.
    4.    Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering results.
    5.    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
    6.    Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
    7.    Willingness to obtain necessary state licensing and certifications for pest control sales, if required.
    8.    Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.

Compensation:
This position is a 1099 commission-only contractor role, offering competitive commission rates based on sales performance. The more you sell, the more you earn, with unlimited earning potential. Sales bonuses available, and a potential to be promoted within the company.
