HVAC Customer Service Representative

We are seeking HVAC Customer Service Representatives to join our team! Our goal is to provide above and beyond customer service that brings professionalism to contracting.  

Essential Functions  

• Receive dispatched work orders for HVAC service calls and route team of technicians accordingly 
• Log all work orders into Company System Software. 
• Dispatch work orders to the field techs according to priority and location. 
• Report work order status as required by HVAC Manager. 
• Receive & review completed work orders from the field techs. 
• Create invoice for completed work orders and send to Client.  
• Collect balances due. 
• Obtain quotes for equipment and or parts as needed for the field techs, order parts and provide purchase orders to the vendors. 
• Job file set up for all HVAC work orders. 

OTHER DUTIES  

• Order Office supplies as needed. 
• Filing as needed 
• Forward e-faxes to appropriate personnel 
• Answer all incoming phone calls  
• May also involve online invoicing for work completed 
• Calling Past Due Accounts for outstanding invoices owed 
• Seasonal Maintenance Calling campaigns to schedule service for our existing client base 
• Anniversary calling to sign up previous installation clients for service plans 
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Dispatch Manager, Marketing Manager, General Manager, Vice President or President.  

 
Quickly building rapport with customers and possessing a great phone presence are a must! We are looking for someone with a "Yes" mindset to help take care of our growing client base in the valley.

Microsoft365 Experience is a bonus! 

The employee must occasionally lift and /or carry up to 25 pounds.
