Are you an experienced real estate agent or Broker looking for ways to bring in more income? We are a full real estate brokerage and we are looking for a Dynamic Individual to lead up our office in Alabama. PMI specializes in Property Management, Short Term, and Real Estate Brokerage (commercial and residential). This is a commissioned based contract position and does require either to have a real estate license or to get a real estate license (Alabama). Must be located in the Orange Beach/ Gulf Shores area. As a licensed agent in this role, you would have multiple ways to generate commissions from real estate brokerage to business development management of our property management division. REQUIRED: Alabama Real Estate License
TERRITORY: Must be in the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach general area.
PAY: Commissioned based / Contract position

Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential or commercial real estate
• Recruit Real Estate Agents
• Business Development for Residential and Short Term Rental Management
• Short Term Services Business Development
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Host open houses and other events
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients
• Attend Real Estate Association Networking Events
• Actively Prospect to grow our brand across all locations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
