Demolition Estimator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demolition Estimator. The Demolition Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project sites, determining project requirements, preparing cost estimates and proposals, and collaborating with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of demolition techniques, materials, and equipment
  
• Experience in construction cost estimating and project management
  
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
  
• Experience with building information modeling (BIM) or other related software is a plus
  
• OSHA certification is a plus
