Job Description

CPA firm seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our Tucson office. Immediate Opening!

Qualifications:

5-7 years minimum experience in a CPA Firm or equivalent
Experience in G/L, Sales Tax, Payroll, Payroll QTRLY's, W-2's, and 1099
Must be able to work as part of a team and independently
Working knowledge of Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online required
Working knowledge of Xero and Thomson Reuters Software is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation knowledge required
Must have good communication skills for communicating with clients
Must be deadline oriented and willing to work overtime as needed
