Job Description

We are seeking a Sales & Framing Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in designing and building custom framing solutions for their artwork. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, is honest, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment working independently and as a team player.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in designing custom framing solutions for their artwork
Ensure completion of technical aspects of framing projects
Travel to residential and commercial customers to PickUp/Deliver/Install Art
Create a memorable and positive experience for our customers through great service
Self-starter who can handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently and successfully
Establish and build relationships with customers, local businesses, community groups, and associates
Service aspects of the business, including ordering, stocking, presentation of the gallery floor, and our printing business
Monday -Friday shifts + Two Saturdays a month (Saturday hours 10:00am - 2:30pm)

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent math skills, including the ability to accurately measure to the 1/16th.
Good Physical Condition - Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, twist, crouch, utilize ladders, be on your feet all day.
Possess creative, methodical, as well as strong problem-solving skills
High-level craftsmanship with a strong attention to detail and an affinity for precision
The ability to work with hand tools, saws, glass cutters to custom frame artwork and meet deadlines
Proven experience or formal education in Art/Design is a plus! :
