Product Development Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Product Development Associate, you will work on the Partner Capital Team (which focuses on sales and client management), reporting to the Director of Product Development. This role will create valuable content and present it to investors in a thoughtful way. Within the company, this role will link the Partner Capital Team with the Risk and Portfolio teams to make sure investor preferences and feedback are shared throughout Nephila.

In this role, you will:

• Help create and deliver the story to Investors for the property catastrophe business, including content for meetings, quarterly letters and thought leadership
• Participate in investor calls and act as the expert on the platform’s product offerings
• Stay on top of the latest trade publications and market conditions
• Support the Business Development Directors/ Relationship Manager to attract and retain capital

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM (Qualifications):

• You have Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Finance, Economics, Business, and/or Marketing
• You have 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Investor Relations, Product or Asset Management experience is a plus
• You have experience crafting external marketing materials
• You are comfortable working with data analytics tools (Microsoft excel, SQL, etc)

• Total Compensation between 115,000 - 150,000 USD
