Compensation: $75,000-$200,000 the first is average earning for this role

Compensation:

$75,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Duties include:

  • Deliver in-person sales presentations to household decision-makers to discuss their home improvement needs.
  • Meet with homeowners to assess the extent of weather damage to the home’s exterior or interior.
  • Discovery needs for homeowners, to solve problems, and help preserve, and protect their investments.
  • Meet with insurance adjusters to conduct inspections and complete the sale.
  • Respond to all phone and email messages from other team members and/or customers daily.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings via Zoom or in person.
  • Attend periodic continuing education seminars.
  • Use the newest technology tools in your sales presentations, and field technology to capture intel for client engagements.
Qualifications:

Candidates possess the following:

  • Proven experience in insurance-related roofing and exterior restoration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge in Hail Trace and Acculynx is a plus but can be taught.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record, or desire of meeting or exceeding company sales goals.
  • Experience evaluating and discovering homeowner needs is a plus.
  • Experience meeting with insurance adjusters to conduct inspections is a plus.
  • Reading and interpreting insurance paperwork for homeowners’ claims is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, manage time wisely, and stay in high-value activities.
  • Proficiency in using current technology such as smartphones, tablets, email, etc.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and stand/walk on roofs.

In this role, you will:

  • Complete a comprehensive training instruction program in your first 5 weeks.
  • Grow, develop client relationships, and manage a substantial pipeline of business.
  • Work with a team of highly motivated, fun, caring, like-minded individuals.
  • Actively pursue and develop opportunities in residential construction, real estate, MTF, commercial, and restoration, and your customer will come to know one name for all their home service needs. 
  • Promote our home services model for a holistic engagement with the marketplace, and work to create organic returning earnings.
  • Receive assigned, pre-vetted territories with an acute need for home services.
  • Manage customer expectations and experience throughout the sales and construction process.
  • Manage the customer relationship from the beginning to the closing out of the project.
  • Above all, creating referral opportunities that keep the customer coming back.
  • Adopt our go-to-market strategies of engagement and selling ideologies.
  • Develop relationships, with homeowners, insurance agencies, mortgage bankers, property management companies, HOAs, Real Estate agents, Commercial properties, and your sphere.
