Job Description

Seasonal Aquatics Director for North Shore (Chicagoland) Swim and Racquet Club. A private club with large junior membership is in search of an Aquatics Director to lead or swim team and pool programs. Trying to recapture our long history of excellence in our summer swim program through motivated staff, great instruction and exciting programming.

We have one of the nicest swimming pool complexes in the area, with large deck, kiddie pool, 25m lap pool and separate diving well with 2 diving boards.

Job duties include being the face of the program, running swim team with help of assistant coaches, swim lessons, lifeguard scheduling and pool events. Billing of lessons and swim team fees.

We offer a very competitive salary and lesson commissions.

The Lake Forest Club is a premier swim, racquets and dining club on the North Shore. We have a friendly family membership who enjoy the club's programs year round. Summer is all about tennis, pickleball and swim (team). Winter is Paddle season and we dine and drink year round.
