We are seeking a Listing/Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about providing world-class customer service from the start to finish of a home sale, all the while ensuring a successful and enjoyable transaction for our valued home buyers and sellers. You'll also work independently with photographers, scheduling home photo shoots and videography for seller clients and doing some event planning for our team and community events.

Responsibilities:

• Create marketing brochures and flyers
• Photograph homes, clients, and the team
• Create MLS listings and Prepare Listing portfolios
• Provide updates to homeowners regarding their showings and feedback
• Communicate with other real estate agents regarding their showings of our listings
• Verify and sign off on all documents received for correct signatures and dates
• Provide follow up service to clients and prospects

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• MLS experience helpful
• Must possess excellent written and oral grammar and writing ability
• Reliable and dependable
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
• Maintaining tact, finesse, discretion and empathy for the client's concerns in sometimes stressful situations
• Good computer skills are a must including high technical proficiency in computing, multiple software platforms and mobile technology
• Have an eye when it comes to color, luminosity balance and overall photographic quality
• Real Estate Photography experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, video equipment
• Be familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite

Compensation

$15 - $18 per hour, DOE
