Job duties include handling lease transactions, overseeing property management operations, negotiating contracts, and conducting research about real estate and construction services. The qualifications to become a real estate specialist can range from a high school diploma for entry-level positions, to an associate or bachelor’s degree to gain experience and advance in the career.

To excel as a Real Estate Specialist, you need strong knowledge of property laws, market analysis, negotiation skills, and typically a real estate license.
