Crew Member at Baugher's orchards and farm

Baugher’s Orchards And Farms in Westminster, MD is looking for 2-3 general crew members to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable, and willingness to pitch in to get the job done.  

We are looking for part time crew members with various skills and willingness to cross train between areas on the farm. 

Depending on your skills you may be working in the fields, packing line, market, or bakery. Every Fruit season comes with different jobs. We start the busy season in May with strawberries and end it in November when the last apples are harvested. The winter months are our “off” season where we spend a lot of time packing apples to sell to numerous retail markets, pressing apple cider, and preparing for the upcoming season.
