Essential Job Duties:

• Assigns account and expense distribution for invoices.
• Ensures invoices are accurate and have been authorized by the appropriate approval level.
• Follow up on any outstanding items or issues.
• Receives invoices, reconciles statements and delivers prompt and accurate payments to vendors.
• Manages ongoing vendor relationships from a financial perspective.
• Processes payments via paper check, electronic check and EFT.
• Prepares purchase orders as needed.
• Ensures financial records are correctly set up and maintained appropriate systems.
• Completes administrative tasks as needed such as distributing mail.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, required. Associate's degree, preferred.

Qualifications:

• Business office or financial services, and accounts payable experience required.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Strong communication skills, including oral and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Accounting Systems/ERP required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
