Hearing Care Specialist

We are seeking a Mobile Hearing Care Specialist to join our team and provide excellent hearing care to the patients in your community!

As an Aria Care Partners Hearing Care Specialist, you provide much needed care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities around Kansas City, KS/MO. Delivering clinical services and routine and specialized hearing care. To be successful in this role, you will treat all patients with kindness and discretion, think on your feet and adapt to working in a skilled nursing environment. This position travels to different skilled nursing facilities in the area ensuring new experiences every day. This position does not require the selling of hearing aids. Ultimately, you will ensure the accurate diagnosis and treatment of hearing conditions and defects.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct otoscopic exams and general diagnostic interpretation using provided mobile audiology equipment.
• Diagnose and treat hearing issues with testing that includes pure tone and speech audiometry.
• Programming, repairing, fitting, and/or replacing hearing aids.
• Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options.
• Answer questions and educate patients, family or responsible parties, and facility staff.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions.
• Covid Vaccination Preferred
