Objective: To provide excellent customer service and handle order entry administration duties.
Dimension: The Customer Service Representative will manage day-to-day contact with customers in open environment processing customer orders for Keystone and Giant Cement, communicating with carriers, dispatching trucks, along with other administrative duties.

- Education/Experience
a. Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge/Ability
- Experience with cement sales and dispatching of trucks, helpful, but not required.
- Computer systems, such as Word, Excel, Teams, SAP
- Must be able to use multi-line phone system. Handling numerous calls throughout the day.
Principle Accountabilities
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and processing them in an efficient and timely manner.
- Handle customers’ issues and communicate with other departments.
- Coordinate shipments with transportation vendors.
- Communicate with shipping departments on product availability, customer/salesman request, etc.
- Handle fast-paced office in an open environment.
- Inventory control dealing with both plants and terminals.
